My Impact at Kindred Coast

As Digital Marketing & E-commerce Coordinator at Kindred Coast, I work across social media, content creation, email marketing, and e-commerce to strengthen the brand’s digital presence and support the customer journey from discovery to purchase.

On social media, I create and manage content designed to increase brand awareness, showcase products, and build a stronger connection with the Kindred Coast community. More planned video content has reached 15K+ and 11K+ views, while the account has grown to 11,700+ followers and continues to gain approximately 200 new followers per month. Our content has also helped increase the brand’s local visibility, including attracting media attention from CHEK News after they discovered Kindred Coast through social media.

Beyond content, I support the brand’s e-commerce operations through Shopify, working on website updates, product presentation, customer experience, merchandising, shipping functionality, and improvements to the online shopping experience.

I also contribute to email marketing through Klaviyo, supporting campaigns that have generated over $36K in email-attributed revenue within a 90-day period, while maintaining 40%+ open rates and 99%+ deliverability.

My role combines creative content with the technical and analytical side of digital marketing, allowing me to contribute across the entire digital customer journey, from discovering Kindred Coast on social media to engaging with an email campaign and ultimately purchasing through the online store.
